Dec. 15th was our Annual Whiz Kids Christmas Party.  20 students and their 20 tutors enjoyed goodies at the Buffet Table; decorating sugar cookies to take home to their families; making an ornament and paper chains to hang on their tree; and visiting the Mitten Tree picking a Hat and Mitten Set.  The evening culminated with sitting in the Sanctuary to hear the Reading of The Christmas Story.    Our tutors also delivered to our families the boxes with your Gifts from The Giving Tree. A special treat/surprise for me was the return of a former Tutor and Student.  I couldn’t have pull it off with out the help of our Sub Tutors and other Volunteers!!  It was a GREAT evening.  Roberta Wheeler, Site Coordinator.
