A four-week Zoom miniseries about the psychology and spirituality of breaking free from being controlled by anxiety. Each week will be 15 minutes of content from Luann and Cody Sandahl followed by a time for participants to ask questions or check in with each other.
Each session will communicate an important point about anxiety from a psychological perspective, a useful tool to help process anxiety during the week, and a spiritual practice to cultivate the peace of Christ during the week.
