Radical Hospitality

We have been welcomed and invited, and our call as followers of Jesus is to welcome others - all others - to share at God's table.

Jesus attempted to have time in an isolated place, but the crowds followed him... and Jesus chose to have compassion on the people - to heal, to teach, and to feed them. The disciples offered a meager gift of food which Jesus multiplied so all had enough. There was not a question if the people were worthy or deserving; Jesus simply fed them.
