Every year FPCL volunteers provide a full meal on Thanksgiving to those in our community.  Ordinarily we offer both a sit-down dinner at our church for about 80 guests, as well as home delivery of meals to those unable to leave their homes.  Again this year, with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, FPCL offered delivery meals only.  Here’s a recap (that can almost be sung to the tune of “12 Days of Christmas”):

• 250 meals delivered
• 42 meal makers
• 30 drivers and helpers
• 9 cold food preppers
• 8 scullery maids and men
• 90 volunteers
• 1 talented chef; and
• Tons of grace and cheer!
