This was our 15th annual Quilt Show here at our church. 117 quilts adorned our pews in our historic sanctuary and over 200 people visited and were amazed at the beauty and artistic expression of the quilts, old and new.  Georgia Porter, long time supporter of our Quilt Show passed away this spring, but was able to send her last mission Quilt to us which raised $1000 to our mission,”Freedom Service Dogs of America”, an organization that takes shelter dogs, trains them, and provides them free to people who need a special friend to help them with their autism, ptsd, emotional problems and much more.  The lucky winner of our Quilt was Olivia Bechtel, who shared some of her quilts at our Quilt Show.
